Rishabh Sales offers a portable storage container office and a combination unit that is half storage container and half office. These very versatile, convenient and secure units are modified from ISO grade shipping containers with 14-gauge steel walls, not sandwich panels on a steel frame. The interiors are fit out with carpet, insulation, wall panels, lighting and air conditioning
Unique Features:
- Containerized office / Living Modules with built in arrangement for lifting by hooks / by crane.
- Complete with electrical wiring along with Wall mounted Fans and tube Fittings option to be plugged-hi to external electrical source.
- Aluminum sliding windows.
- Self locking doors with locking arrangements closures.
- Provision for fixing air conditioners.
- Internal furnishings by pre-laminated wooden Boards.
Range & Specifications:
1. Wall/Roof: Sandwich wall having outer wall of steel, inside core of Thermocol / EPS of approx. 50 mm and internal paneling of pre-laminated wooden Boards.
2. Flooring: 19 mm thick marine plywood with 1 mm vinyl sheet.
3. Door: Standard size of door with hinges & locking arrangement as required in prefabricated Bunk House.
4. Electrical: Required wiring & fitting shall be provided of reputed mark.
5. Exterior: Painted with Colour of Choice.
